A Bradford Watch is meant to be your everyday wear and trusted travel partner. That’s why we honor our 60-day promise. If you’ve tried your Bradford and don’t absolutely love it, send it back within 60 days of purchase to receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Shipping
Where can I see my order status?
Easily track your order after purchase regardless of the shipping location. Download the Shop app to track all of your orders placed through Shopify.
How long will it take to receive my order once it ships?
Orders may take up to 3-5 business days to ship.We try to process all orders within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Items can be shipped to destinations around the world, with the exception of handful countries and territories. Contact us if you have questions.
Collection of Duties and Taxes
If your order has an international destination, it may be subject to import taxes or duties. In addition to the international shipping charges, any applicable importation costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at checkout. Please check with your country’s customs office if you have any questions before placing your order.
Payment & Orders
Do you offer refunds?
Order can be refunded within 30 days, no questions asked. Contact our support team to issue a refund.
We accept returns by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders $95 and over qualify for a prepaid return label. Returns must contain original packaging and in new/unused condition.
Products that are monogrammed, engraved, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment or Bradford gift card if preferred. Physical or electronic gift cards cannot be returned. International orders do not qualify for free returns. Other restrictions may apply.
Product Care
What is your warranty?
Yes! 1-Year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I take care of my Bradford Watch?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
